1 – PURPOSE

The opinions of patients and their relatives should be evaluated.
The survey results should be evaluated.

The department should evaluate the results of the analysis towards its objectives.
Must participate in building tours.
Must manage the self-evaluation process
Corrective Preventive Actions (CAF) should be managed.
